This will be the last time you hear from me in 2024.

It has been my great pleasure writing this newsletter once a week, every week.

One of the rare times I broke my weekly writing streak was when my dad passed away in early October. It has been two months.

And during these two months, I somehow managed to run an entire six-week LinkedIn bootcamp, lead my inaugural Find Your Superpower 2024 Summit, get a viral skit on Instagram with a new genre of LinkedInese, and launch (and close) enrollment for my 12-month Brand Builder Mastermind launching in January 2025.

How did I survive?

I wrote.

I found solace in writing about him, reminiscing about him, and working through my grief through words.

I wrote, and I wrote, and I wrote.

And I think he would be proud to see how resilient I have been through everything. He would have smiled at me and told me I did a good job.

He gives me strength to go on.

Why I started this newsletter in the first place

When I began this newsletter 85 issues ago, my goal was to share my knowledge about professional branding, career transitions and the future of work (especially remote work) with anyone who was interested.

Reading my past issues, on some weeks I was all bravado: Come on, let’s grow our following, let’s speak our voice loud and proud!

And on some weeks I was more reticent: Remember folks, it is a marathon, let’s protect our boundaries on social media.

Overall, I am glad that I made it to nearly two years of writing this Find Your Superpower newsletter.

To all of you awesome people still reading my weekly newsletter, thank you. I hope I brought you value somewhere within these 85 issues.

Your kind words and support have been the driving force behind the success of my biggest project yet: my 12-month Brand Builder Mastermind launching in January 2025.

My newsletter will be taking a short break to allow me to chill with my kids before the start of the school year, but don’t worry—I’ll be back with fresh content and a rested mind in 2025.

Enrollment for my Mastermind will reopen on 14 January 2025, and we will accept up to 10 new cadets every month.
