I’m back from my company’s 3D2N annual retreat to Bali, Indonesia! 🏝️🍹

Our retreat theme was “Eat, Play, Love” and I had a great time hanging out with my colleagues in person. Over three days, we went:

😊 white-water rafting

😊 chasing waterfalls

😊 visiting ancient temples

If our 2022 company retreat to Langkawi was a chance to meet each other after COVID, this year I feel we truly had a chance to bond and stand united as one.

One big lesson I learnt is how important a physical office is—not just for meetings, but for connecting and bonding. And in Bali, that’s exactly what we did. We ate, played and loved together. This is our remote office!!!

There were many tears and hugs when we said our goodbyes, and as the saying goes… parting is such sweet sorrow. 🥰

On a good note, we’re already planning our 2024 retreat. Please send me and my team good vibes as we manifest a rewarding 2024 for us and our clients.
